Planned closure of CIT Solutions via Members’ Voluntary Liquidation CIT Solutions Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (CIT Solutions) has commenced a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation as part of a broader realignment with its parent organisation, the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT). This is a solvent and planned process, ensuring all financial and contractual obligations are met in full. As part of this process, CIT Solutions will permanently close. Selected education and training programs, including accredited courses, professional short courses and the management of international students, will transition to CIT to ensure continuity for learners and clients. On 13 August 2025, the CIT Board appointed Henry Kazar and Simon Cathro of Cathro & Partners Pty Ltd as liquidators of CIT Solutions, to facilitate the transition of select programs and the orderly wind-down of CIT Solutions.
